Corporate Video Production in Cyprus

August 13, 2026

Corporate video is usually the first film a company commissions, and the one most often wasted. A generic piece describing what the business does rarely earns its cost. A film built around a specific job — winning a client, filling a role, explaining a change internally — almost always does.

The four films worth making

Company profile

The film you send before a pitch. It should answer why you rather than what you do, and it works hardest when real people speak rather than a voiceover. The temptation is to cover everything; the discipline is to cover one thing convincingly.

Recruitment film

The highest return of the four for most businesses. Candidates research employers visually before applying, and a film showing the actual office and actual colleagues outperforms any careers page copy.

The recruitment film below was made for Paws Dog Shelter. It works because it shows the job honestly rather than selling an idealised version of it — which is exactly what makes the right people apply and the wrong people self-select out.

Conference and event coverage

Internal communications

Change announcements, training and leadership updates. Unglamorous, and frequently the most-watched video a company produces — because the audience is required to watch it rather than choosing to.

Filming without disrupting the day

The most common objection to corporate filming is disruption, and it is fair. It is also largely a planning problem rather than a filming one.

Interviews are best scheduled in blocks so nobody waits around. A quiet room found in advance saves an hour of hunting for one on the day — and rooms that seem quiet are often not, once air conditioning and corridor noise are on a microphone. Filming general office footage outside peak hours keeps the working day intact.

Briefing people beforehand matters more than anything else. Tell them what they will be asked and roughly how long it takes, and you get considered answers. Surprise them at their desk and you get stilted ones.

Getting good answers on camera

Most people are not comfortable on camera, and that is normal rather than a problem to solve with equipment.

Send the themes in advance rather than the exact questions, so answers are prepared but not recited — a memorised answer is obvious and worse than an imperfect one. Film somewhere the person already works, because a neutral studio makes people more self-conscious rather than less. And expect the useful material to arrive after the first few minutes, once they have forgotten the camera is there. Budget for that time instead of scheduling interviews back to back.

What a Professional Video Production Company in Cyprus Offers

What it costs

Corporate work is generally efficient to produce — one location, controlled conditions, no talent or styling costs, and usually no need for a full colour grade. That puts it at the lower end of the range.

The variable that moves it most is the number of people interviewed. Each additional contributor adds setup time on the day and, more significantly, editing hours afterwards, because every answer has to be reviewed and the best material found. Four interviews is not twice the work of two.
