This website is operated by LuxArte Ltd, trading as Vivid Colour Films, Michail Koutsofta 17, 8502 Anarita, Paphos, Cyprus. We are the controller of the personal data described below. For anything about your data, email [email protected].

Enquiries. When you send an enquiry through a form on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details of your project. We use them only to reply, discuss your project and prepare a quote — the steps you ask us to take before any agreement. Enquiries are emailed to us and stored in our website’s database.

Newsletter. If you sign up in the footer, we collect your email address and use it to send occasional updates. That is based on your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Emails and calls. If you contact us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp, we keep what you send us to handle your request and any project that follows.

Clients. If we work together, we keep the contact, project and billing details needed to deliver the work and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited and how people find us. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, analytics runs in Google’s Consent Mode with storage denied by default, so no analytics cookies are set and Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals.

The site also uses a small number of strictly necessary technologies: Cloudflare provides security and spam protection (including the check on our newsletter form), and our showreel is played through Vimeo in do-not-track mode.

We use trusted providers to run the site and our business: Hetzner (website hosting, in Germany), Cloudflare (content delivery and security), Google (analytics), Vimeo (video playback) and our email provider. They process data on our behalf. Where a provider is outside the EEA, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. We never sell your data.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to follow up on your project. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. When we no longer need personal data, we delete or anonymise it.

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To do any of this, email [email protected].

You also have the right to complain to the Cyprus supervisory authority, the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
